Our order process is simple and easy.
Browse through our different robe styles and choose a style or you can take parts from different styles and create your own design.
Once you have a style, color(s) and embroidery in mind, contact us and we will assist in building your final design, and give you a quote.
When you are ready to order we will send you a purchase order and order contract form to complete.
Once you have your quote, you may download our measuring guide and forms to start your own measuring OR you can arrange for on-site measuring. Inquire within for details on our on-site measuring.
Send in your measurements and your deposit. We will then give you a more specific time frame for completing your order.
Typically your balance will be due 3 to 4 weeks prior to the completion of your order. Once the balance is received and the order is complete. We will ship your choir robes to you.
Once your deposit is received and cleared, we will begin production. Please understand all material is ordered for your particular order, therefore once production starts we can not cancel the order.
